1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ready POS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to install and use Ready POS on websites you own or manage, subject to the following conditions:

• The Free plan allows installation on one (1) WordPress site with one (1) register
• The Pro plan allows unlimited registers on one (1) WordPress site
• The Business plan allows installation on up to ten (10) WordPress sites
• The Agency plan allows installation on unlimited WordPress sites
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin without written permission

3. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual basis for yearly plans. Lifetime licenses are billed once and provide perpetual access to the software and updates.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Polar.sh. We do not store your payment information.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Ready POS, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Support and Updates

Active subscription holders receive:

• Access to all software updates and new features
• Priority email support (Pro, Business, and Agency plans)
• Community support forum access (available to all plan holders)

Lifetime license holders receive lifetime updates and support at no additional cost.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ready POS for:

• Any unlawful purpose or illegal activity
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Data and Privacy

Ready POS is a self-hosted WordPress plugin. All your business data, including orders, customers, and inventory, is stored in your own WordPress database. We do not have access to this data.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Yearly subscriptions: Access continues until the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused portion of subscription
• The plugin will continue to function, but you will not receive updates or support

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ready POS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
